My Story

I have been making and sharing my homemade caramels for many years and often heard from friends and family that I should start selling them. This year was a pivotal time in my life, for a variety of reasons, and I decided to open a business selling my treats locally.

My family is my inspiration and the reason to pursue my passion. My husband and I are both Irish, which inspired the shamrock for my logo. My four children: Lucas, Abigail, Colin and Audrey, inspired the “Laca” acronym, and their first initials are incorporated in the logo.

My family motivates me to work hard, enjoy the sweet side of life, and pursue happiness in all things life offers. I love working in the kitchen; cooking, baking and creating deliciousness. Thus, I created this business to share this signature sweet of mine as it has brought much joy to those in our family.
